yet been legally proven to be the
child’s father. For purposes of this Notice, Alexander Thomas Russell is the
putative father under the laws of Indiana regarding adoption.

4-5, but does not exhaustively set forth
a named putative father’s legal obligations under the Indiana adoption
statutes. A person being served with

CARROLL COUNTY SOIL AND
WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
To all occupiers of lands lying within
the boundaries of the Carroll County
Soil and Water Conservation District,
notice is hereby given that on the 28th
day of January, 2019, beginning at
6:30 p.m., an annual meeting will be
held for the purpose of making a full
and due report of their activities and financial affairs since the last annual
meeting and to elect a supervisor for
the Carroll County Soil and Water Conservation District of the State of Indiana. In case of hazardous roads that
severely restrict travel, the meeting will
be held on the 30th day of January,
2019.
All land occupiers and other interested parties are entitled to attend.
The meeting will be held at the
United Methodist Church in Delphi, IN.
